Every project has its own details, but the route is consistent: clarify the task, inspect incoming materials, assemble, check, program, test and package.

Incoming inspection
Boards or semi-finished assemblies are visually checked before the production route begins.

Assembly
Components, connectors, relays and selected wire connections are mounted and soldered.

Intermediate control
Quality is checked after process operations; boards are cleaned after soldering where required.

Programming
Software is loaded and the expected start or basic device response is verified.

Testing
Electrical, functional and, where agreed, environmental tests are performed within the defined scope.

Packaging
The product is marked, accounted for and packed in an antistatic format for handover.
